Order Cancellations
We accept cancellation requests within one hour of purchase. Orders are submitted to our production partner one hour after placement. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
Returns, Exchanges & Restocking Policy
Each artwork is custom made to order with your selected size, finish, and frame. Please review artwork size, orientation, and color tones carefully before purchase, as all orders are made to your specifications.
Standard Returns
Smaller unframed pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Restocking Fee
Because of the high production costs for framed and oversized (40”+) pieces, these items are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned.
Condition
Returns must be received undamaged and in original packaging to receive a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

When will I get my order?
What is the shipping time for US & International orders?
All artwork is custom made to order and ships directly from our professional production partner.
- U.S. Orders: Most U.S. orders ship within 5–8 business days of purchase, with delivery typically within 7–14 days depending on size and framing.
- International Orders: International orders usually ship within 7–10 business days and arrive in 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.
Oversized or framed pieces may require additional handling time. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to follow your order’s journey right to your door.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
Packages returned to sender or marked as delivered
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive or collect the package from the carrier.
- We cannot refund or re-ship orders free of charge once carrier tracking indicates the package has been delivered, refused, or left unclaimed.

How can I be sure the artwork will fit my space?
Before ordering, measure your wall area and outline the artwork’s dimensions using painter’s tape directly on your wall. This simple trick helps you visualize how the piece will look in scale with your furniture, lighting, and decor—especially for oversized or statement pieces.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of artwork sizes to suit most interiors:
- Standard Formats: 16x20, 18x24, 20x30, 24x36, 30x40, 36x48 inches
- Square Formats: 20x20, 24x24, 30x30, 36x36, 40x40, 48x48 inches
If a listing doesn’t show a specific dimension, we can accommodate your request within these sizes. This ensures each artwork maintains its composition and print quality while keeping production timelines consistent.
Can you help me choose the right artwork for my space?
Absolutely! We love helping customers find the perfect piece. What if I’m styling for a client or staging project?
We regularly partner with interior designers and home stagers. If you’re working on a project, reach out to us and we can curate cohesive collections by color, theme, or design trend to suit your concept.
How do I find artwork in different formats?
Many designs are available in multiple formats, including framed canvas, rolled canvas, and art prints. The easiest way to locate every version of a piece is to use our shop search bar.
Simply type the artwork name, artwork number (e.g., "No. 1059"), or color (e.g., "teal wall art" or "pink abstract wall art") into the search bar. If you can't find the format you're looking for, reach out via email and we'll gladly help you locate or set up the option that best fits your space.
