All Muse Studio artworks are custom made to order and ship directly from our professional production partner. Most U.S. orders ship within 5–8 business days of purchase, with delivery typically within 7–14 days depending on size and framing.

International orders usually ship within 7–10 business days and arrive in 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.

Oversized or framed pieces may require additional handling time. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to follow your order’s journey right to your door.

Returns must be received undamaged, in original packaging in order to receive a refund. Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Each Muse Studio artwork is custom made to order with your selected size, finish, and frame. Because of the high production costs for framed and oversized (40”+) pieces, these items are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned.

Please review artwork size, orientation, and color tones carefully before purchase, as all orders are made to your specifications. Smaller unframed pieces may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost.

We will accept a cancellation request within one hour of purchase. Orders are confirmed for production one hour after they are submitted. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been sent to production.

Digital Prints are non-refundable per Etsy's guidelines.

It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and ensure you are there to receive it or pick it up at the Post Office.

We shall decline to refund or re-ship any order returned to us for any reason after the Postal Service has indicated that the order has been delivered, refused or unclaimed.

If a listing doesn’t show a specific dimension, we can accommodate your request only within these sizes. This ensures each artwork maintains its composition and print quality while keeping production timelines consistent.
